Supporting both maternal health and child development together

Rachel Sellen, MS, RDN specializes in working with women across the lifespan, with a particular focus on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and busy motherhood. She is passionate about helping women feel energized, confident in their bodies, and supported through major hormonal and life transitions — from trying to conceive, to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, to perimenopause and menopause. Rachel takes a realistic, whole-person approach to nutrition, emphasizing nourishment, strength, and sustainable habits that support both short-term energy and long-term health and longevity.
With a background in pediatric nutrition and experience in children’s hospital settings, Rachel also enjoys working with families who want support beyond the individual. She commonly works with mothers and their children together — supporting maternal nutrition goals while also addressing concerns such as picky eating, feeding confidence, and building a healthy food environment at home. Rachel also enjoys counseling couples who want to improve their health together, making her an excellent fit for families looking for coordinated, supportive nutrition care under one provider.
