My passion for nutrition started at a young age. Many can be consumed by diet-culture, and I, myself have fallen victim to that cycle.  I am here to help individuals break this cycle and embrace food freedom with a mindful approach.  I strive to support others in implementing this mindset into their lives.  Thus, my scope of practice includes: Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, Eating Disorders, Chronic Dieter, Weight Inclusive (WI), Cardiometabolic Disorders, and, Children and adolescents.
